Directory deletion via missing bulk-action nonce
Published Sep 17, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
CSRF in The Hack Repair Guy's Plugin Archiver 2.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete directories under wp-content. The bulk_remove() handler accepts a forged bulk-delete request without validating a WordPress nonce, then removes the attacker-selected directory. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to follow a crafted link or submit the request, and successful deletion can remove site content or interrupt service.
