SQL injection in Creative Solutions GSpeech TTS 3.17.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive database data. The wpgsp_apply_ajax_save handler places the user-controlled field value into an existing database query without sufficient escaping or parameter preparation. Administrator-level WordPress access is required; successful injection exposes database information without reported modification or service interruption.
