Unauthenticated file exfiltration via encoded external entities

XXE injection in TecAlliance TecConnect 4.1 allows remote attackers to exfiltrate server files through its OpenMessaging webservice. ProcessRequest accepts an HTML-encoded DOCTYPE inside RequestElement, then resolves attacker-supplied external entities and sends resolved file contents outbound. No authentication or user action is required; the disclosed proof reads Windows files and can expose the service account's NTLM hash.
