Router service crash via unbounded importpictureurl copy
Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Sep 10, 2025
Buffer overflow in UTT 750W firmware 3.2.2-191225 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router via importpictureurl. The /goform/formPictureUrl handler passes the attacker-controlled value to strcpy at offset 246 without bounding the copy. A valid administrator Digest session is required, and an oversized POST body can terminate router service; code execution is not demonstrated.
