Buffer overflow in UTT HiPER 1200GW 3.0.0-170831 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt router service via a crafted request. With Action set to add, sub_4B48F8 appends loadBalanceNameOld to an unbounded destination buffer using strcat. Low-privilege management access is required, and successful exploitation causes denial of service; code execution is not established.
