Authenticated script execution via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored cross-site scripting in Mucasoft Any News Ticker 3.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. The any-ticker shortcode rendering path accepts user-supplied attributes and emits them into page output without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required, and the stored script executes whenever a visitor opens the affected page in the site's origin.
