Code execution via exact-match submodule bypass

Protection mechanism failure in picklescan 0.0.30 and earlier allows remote attackers to evade unsafe-globals checks with crafted files. The scan-result builder performs an exact dictionary lookup on each imported module name, so dangerous submodules such as asyncio.unix_events miss the parent-package denylist entry. The attacker needs no product account, but code executes only if a user or automated workflow trusts the scan result and then loads the malicious pickle.
