Unauthenticated webserver crash via TCP port scanning

Deadlock in Softing smartLink HW-PN 1.02 through 1.03 and HW-DP 1.31 allows remote attackers to crash the webserver via port scanning. Softing has not disclosed which webserver code path or competing lock operations mishandle traffic sent while scanning TCP port 80. No credentials or user interaction are required, and restoring the interrupted web service requires user recovery.
