CVE-2025-10147Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Unauthenticated file upload via missing type validation

Published Sep 23, 2025 · Updated Sep 23, 2025

Unrestricted file upload in Podlove Podcast Publisher 4.2.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files to the server. The move_as_original_file function moves attacker-supplied cache content to its original filename without validating the destination file type. No authentication or user interaction is required; executable uploads lead to code execution when the server serves and interprets the written file.
