CVE-2025-10137Network attack vector

Unauthenticated internal-service access via incomplete URL validation

Published Sep 26, 2025 · Updated Sep 26, 2025

SSRF in Snow Monkey for WordPress 29.1.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to send requests from the server to internal services. The bundled WP oEmbed Blog Card Requester::request() method rejects only literal 127.0.0.1 and localhost URLs before passing the supplied URL to wp_remote_get, leaving other local addresses and redirects unchecked. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests can read from or alter internal HTTP services according to the permissions those services expose.
