Contributor-level booking deletion via destructive shortcode

Incorrect authorization in wpdevelop Booking Manager before 2.1.15 allows remote authenticated users to delete imported bookings. The booking-manager-delete shortcode handler performs its destructive action while rendering non-published, contributor-authored content. Contributor access is required to embed the shortcode, and another visitor must render the page to trigger deletion of the selected resource's imported bookings.
