Authenticated database reads via unparameterized user search

SQL injection in SiempreCMS 1.3.0 through 1.3.6 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via crafted search fields. The endpoint applies htmlentities() instead of SQL parameterization before passing both POST values to getUsers, allowing SQL syntax into the query. Exploitation requires a logged-in PHP session and a direct POST that bypasses browser-side encoding, causing additional stored user rows to be returned.
