Database disclosure and tampering via unsanitized ID
Published Sep 8, 2025 · Updated Sep 9, 2025
SQL injection in Student Information Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the id parameter. In /admin/modules/instructor/index.php, the GET id value is concatenated directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No login or authorization is required, and crafted boolean, time-delay, or UNION expressions can disclose, modify, or delete database records.
