Database access via unsanitized uid parameter
Published Sep 8, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul User Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access or alter database data via uid. The edit-user-profile.php handler passes the GET uid value directly into a SQL query without validation or parameter binding. Administrator authentication is required; the demonstrated time-based blind payload can expose or alter records and delay database responses.
