Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized email
Published Sep 8, 2025 · Updated Sep 8, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Polling System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data via registration. The registeracc.php handler places the POST email value directly into a MySQL query without parameter binding, enabling boolean- and time-based blind injection. No login is required; crafted registration requests can read, modify, or delete data accessible to the application's database account.
