Subscriber-level role removal via missing capability check

Missing authorization in ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System 3.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to remove roles. The eh_crm_remove_agent function strips the target user's role and capabilities without checking the caller's WordPress capability. Subscriber access is sufficient to remove Administrator, WSDesk Supervisor, or WSDesk Agents privileges from any user, disrupting account administration.
