Subscriber-level ticket disclosure via unchecked ticket key
Published Nov 21, 2025 · Updated Nov 21, 2025
Authorization bypass in ELEX WordPress HelpDesk 3.2.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read all support tickets. The eh_crm_ticket_single_view_client AJAX handler accepts a user-controlled ticket key and retrieves the referenced ticket without validating access to it. Any WordPress account with Subscriber-level access can supply another ticket's key and disclose support conversations belonging to other users.
