Startup crash via static initialization order flaw

Use of an uninitialized variable in Open Design Alliance Drawings SDK static builds before 2026.12 allows local users to crash OdaMfcApp. The global COdaMfcAppApp object can read OdString::kEmpty before that value is initialized because translation-unit static initialization order is undefined. Starting OdaMfcApp triggers the confirmed startup crash; memory corruption or code execution remains unconfirmed.
