Unauthorized email changes via unbound user ID

Improper authorization in ELADMIN 2.0 through 2.7 allows remote authenticated users to change another account's email address. The updateUserEmail handler accepts attacker-controlled id and email values and updates the selected account without binding the id to the authenticated principal. Exploitation requires the target account's RSA-encrypted password, and the documented consequence is limited to an unauthorized email-address change.
