Stored cross-site scripting via ticket subjects
Published Feb 3, 2025 · Updated Feb 12, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Zenvia Movidesk 25.01.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject script through ticket subjects. The New Ticket Handler stores a crafted subject without neutralizing active markup and renders it when another user opens the ticket. A low-privileged account can create the ticket, but execution requires a second user to view it and is confined to that user's browser context.
