Credential exposure via gNOI request logging

Plaintext credential logging in Arista EOS allows remote authenticated users to expose remote-server credentials through a gNOI RPC. The OpenConfig agent serializes the File TransferToRemote request, including its cleartext credentials object, into local accounting or trace logs and possibly forwards accounting data to TACACS or RADIUS servers. Exposure requires gNMI with gNOI accounting enabled or OpenConfig tracing at service/9, interceptor/9, or transport_socketcli/9.
