Script execution via reflected abs parameter
Published Jan 31, 2025 · Updated Jan 31, 2025
Reflected XSS in Lewe Labs TeamCal Neo 3.8.2 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted abs parameter. The /teamcal/src/index.php endpoint places the abs parameter into its generated response without neutralizing script content, causing the browser to run the injected code in the site's origin. A victim must follow the crafted request; successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied JavaScript in that victim's browser session.
