Reflected script execution via unescaped request parameters
Published Jan 30, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in VR-Frases 3.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through crafted request parameters. The admin-facing includes/vr-frases-admin.php code reflects several request parameter values into generated HTML without input sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires no account but requires a user to follow a crafted link, after which the script runs in that user's WordPress origin.
