Unauthorized database access via raw login email interpolation
Published Jan 30, 2025 · Updated Jan 30, 2025
SQL injection in the Login component of 1000 Projects Employee Task Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database. The login handler in /index.php places the POST email parameter directly into an SQL query without cleaning or validation, enabling boolean- and time-based blind injection. No authentication is required; crafted email values can expose or alter stored data, while time-delay payloads can interrupt database-backed service.
