Unauthenticated stored XSS via unsafe SVG uploads

Stored XSS in Subtle Web Inc FormCraft 3.9.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through SVG file uploads. The SVG upload path accepts attacker-controlled active content without sufficient sanitization, and the file-serving path returns it without output escaping. No authentication is required to upload the file; script execution occurs when a user opens the uploaded SVG, exposing browser-session data and allowing page content modification.
