Authenticated record manipulation via unguarded administrative endpoint

Improper access control in SourceCodester Best Employee Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to perform administrative actions. The /admin/View_user.php endpoint accepts direct requests from lower-privileged sessions without enforcing its administrator-only authorization boundary. A standard employee account can create, view, or delete employee records through the restricted administrative interface.
