Script execution via malicious Analyzer URL
Published Apr 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 17, 2025
Cross-site scripting in the Analyzer plugin in Pentaho Business Analytics Server before 10.2.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. A malicious URL injects unneutralized content into the Analyzer interface, but the vendor has not disclosed the affected parameter or encoding operation. High-privilege authentication is required; injected script can act in the affected interface context and issue requests with that user's authority.
