Cross-account subscription disclosure via unchecked identifier
Published Jan 30, 2025 · Updated Jan 30, 2025
Improper access control in EmbedAI before 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' subscription information. The subscription display endpoint uses the caller-controlled SUSCBRIPTION_ID path parameter without enforcing ownership of the selected subscription. Any authenticated account can substitute another subscription identifier; the demonstrated consequence is limited to cross-account subscription-data disclosure.
