Stored XSS via unescaped Add Link titles

Stored XSS in Hook & Filter Nested Pages before 3.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via crafted post titles. The Add Link workflow inserts a selected post title into its interface without sanitizing the stored value or escaping it for HTML output. Contributor access is sufficient; execution occurs when a higher-privileged user opens the Add Link selector, including when unfiltered_html is disabled.
