Authenticated script execution through admin page
Published Jan 24, 2025 · Updated Jan 24, 2025
Cross-site scripting in JoeyBling BootPlus allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the admin.html page. The public CNA record identifies /admin/sys/admin.html but does not disclose the input field, rendering sink, or whether the payload is stored or reflected. Administrative privileges are required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied script only in the browser context of a user who loads the crafted content.
