Published Jan 24, 2025 · Updated Jan 24, 2025
Open redirect in JoeyBling BootPlus commit 247d5f6c209be1a5cf10cd0fa18e1d8cc63cf55d allows remote attackers to redirect users via QR-code text. The qrCode function in src/main/java/io/github/controller/QrCodeController.java accepts the text argument as an unvalidated redirect destination. The endpoint requires no privileges, but a user must follow the crafted redirect for the integrity impact to occur.
