Filesystem access via removable-media symlink traversal

Path traversal in CODESYS Control runtimes before 3.5.21.0 or 4.15.0.0 allows physically proximate attackers to access the filesystem. A removable filesystem symbolic link can point outside the dedicated working directory because SysFile does not adequately validate the resolved path. Exploitation requires low-privileged authenticated access, physical media support, and physical access; resulting read or write access follows runtime permissions.
