Stored XSS via unencoded folder selector names

Stored XSS in Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.3.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via crafted folder names. The ConcreteFileDirectoryInput.vue folder selector inserts directoryName into TomSelect option and item HTML without HTML encoding; the patch converts it through a text node before insertion. Administrator privileges are required to create the stored name, and another user's browser must render the selector for script execution and limited data exposure.
