Egress ACL bypass via spoofed UDP source port

Improper access control in OVN allows remote attackers to bypass egress ACLs with crafted UDP packets from source port 53. The DNS-caching OUT_ACL flow matches udp.src == 53 without verifying that ovn-controller generated the packet. A logical switch must have DNS records and a direct or port-group to-lport ACL; successful bypass permits unauthorized traffic to protected virtual machines and containers.
