Arbitrary code execution via EMCLI command injection

OS command injection in Ericsson RAN Compute before 24.Q1.C5 and Site Controller 6610 before S24.Q2 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code. EMCLI fails to neutralize attacker-controlled special elements before incorporating them into an operating-system command. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access, low privileges, and user interaction, and permits commands to run outside EMCLI's security authority.
