Out-of-bounds read via oversized section name

Heap-based buffer overflow in iniParser before 4.2.6 allows local users to read out-of-bounds memory via an oversized section name. iniparser_dumpsection_ini() passes the section name to sprintf(), which appends a colon and terminator while copying into the fixed-size keym buffer without checking the input length. Reachability requires a host application to place an oversized attacker-controlled name in a dictionary and invoke the section-dump path; the exposed data is limited to adjacent process memory.
