CVE-2025-0628Network attack vector

Authenticated admin escalation via overprivileged UI key

Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025

Improper authorization in Berri AI LiteLLM before 1.61.15 allows remote authenticated users to gain proxy-admin access through a UI key. The UI user-list path returns full user records instead of a filtered model, exposing an API key whose allowed routes reach administrative endpoints. Exploitation requires an internal_user_viewer account; the resulting key permits reading and modifying administrative data without service interruption.
