Repeated prize wins via email case changes
Published Jan 21, 2025 · Updated Jan 21, 2025
Input validation in all versions of Qualifio Wheel of Fortune allows remote attackers to win prizes repeatedly via email case changes. The participation-limit check treats uppercase and lowercase variants of one email address as distinct identities instead of comparing a canonicalized address. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the consequence is limited to bypassing single-entry controls and obtaining repeated prize opportunities.
