CVE-2025-0579Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated database disclosure via injectable headers

Published Jan 20, 2025 · Updated Feb 12, 2025

SQL injection in Shiprocket Extension for OpenCart 3 and 4 allows remote attackers to read database contents through a crafted header. The REST API route passes x-username, or x-public in version 3, into SQL handling without the validation needed to block injected syntax. No authentication or extra configuration is required, and error-based or blind techniques expose stored data, including administrator sessions.
