Command disclosure via unencrypted agent tunnel
Published Feb 12, 2025 · Updated Feb 12, 2025
Cleartext transmission in Progress Telerik Report Server before 2025 Q1 (11.0.25.211) allows attackers to sniff service-agent commands. The older .NET Framework implementation sends non-sensitive commands between the background service agent and application host through an unencrypted tunnel. Exposure requires visibility into that channel; default installations keep both processes on one host, and sensitive customer data is unaffected.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
