SYSTEM code execution via writable service paths

Local privilege escalation in G DATA Security Client before 15.8.333 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The SetupSVC.exe service periodically launches an executable and loads two absent DLLs from globally writable directories without preventing unprivileged file placement. An unprivileged local account can plant a replacement file and gain SYSTEM execution when the service next runs.
