Authenticated host file write via upload path traversal

Path traversal in Octopus Server allows remote authenticated users to write uploaded files to unexpected Windows host locations. An API upload field accepts attacker-controlled path data without validation and uses it to choose the host filesystem destination. Low-privileged API access is required; affected Windows versions are 2022.4.791 through 2024.3.13096 and 2024.4.401 through 2024.4.7090.
