Stored XSS via unsafe error-message handling

Stored XSS in Octopus Server 2024.3 and 2024.4 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an error-page viewer's browser. The error page places attacker-controlled portions of error messages into page output without neutralizing embedded code, which executes when another user views it. Exploitation requires high privileges, specific conditions, and active interaction by the viewing user; impact is limited to that viewer's browser context.
