Weak hashing in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK before 2.237.3 allows remote attackers to replace workflow results via MD5 collisions. The hash_object, hash_file, and hash_files_or_dirs utilities use MD5 digests as workflow cache identities, so distinct configurations or content with the same digest reuse an existing result. Exploitation requires a chosen collision and influence over hashed workflow inputs; the documented consequence is incorrect result reuse and pipeline integrity loss, not disclosure or interruption.
