Improper certificate validation in Amazon WorkSpaces Client allows man-in-the-middle attackers to access remote PCoIP sessions. AWS has not disclosed the certificate-validation locus or the exact operation that mishandles the peer certificate. Exploitation requires an affected native client to use PCoIP and an attacker to intercept its network path; successful interception grants access to the remote session.
