Authenticated file read via PDF resource URLs

Server-side request forgery in Invoice Ninja 5.8.56 through 5.11.23 allows remote authenticated users to read files and request network resources. The PDF-rendering pipeline preserves attacker-controlled resource URLs in generated HTML instead of filtering file schemes and loopback destinations. An authenticated account able to influence PDF-bound HTML is required, and successful requests use the application user's file and network access.
