Deserialization in NextSourcia AquilaCMS 1.412.13 allows remote attackers to read or alter data and interrupt service via crafted category requests. The /api/v2/categories endpoint accepts attacker-controlled PostBody.populate data and deserializes it without adequate input validation. No authentication or user interaction is required, but public material does not identify the deserialized type or exact resulting operation.
