Unauthenticated internal requests via hostname parser confusion

SSRF in the Requests utility in Significant Gravitas AutoGPT before 0.4.0 allows remote attackers to reach internal HTTP services. The utility validates a crafted URL's hostname with urllib.parse, but requests interprets the same authority differently and sends it to a blocked host. No privileges or user interaction are required; internal services can receive attacker-chosen requests, while response disclosure is not established.
