Arbitrary file read via unvalidated download path

Path traversal in 1902756969 reggie 1.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the CommonController download endpoint. The download function uses the untrusted name argument to resolve and open a file beneath its configured storage path without rejecting traversal sequences. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the application process.
