OS command injection in Aterm WX1500HP 1.4.2 and earlier and WX3600HP 1.5.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run OS commands. NEC has not disclosed the affected endpoint, input field, or command-construction operation behind the injection. The request must originate from the LAN-side management network with administrator access, and successful exploitation grants command execution on the router.
